  • Analyse and evaluate terms and coverage of various insurance proposals
  • Advise on the best available coverage for the premium payable

Client Servicing

We constantly remain in contact with our clients in this ever changing and dynamic environment. On renewals, needs and requirements are evaluated afresh. Where necessary, better solutions are recommended and implemented. Our value added services include, but are not limited to:

  • More than one servicer per client to ensure prompt response
  • Frequent liaison including visitations
  • Corporate presentations to management and staff followed by Q&A sessions if required
  • Provision of updates to statutory amendments and advice in connection therewith
  • Ensure all policy documents are correct and accurate before forwarding to clients

Claims

In the event of a claim, we assist our clients to interpret the insurance policy and liaise with the insurer for accurate and timely settlement. Our value added services include, but are not limited to:

  • Prompt response to claim queries and claims procedure
  • Assistance in compiling documents for submission to insurers
  • Ensure claim documents received are complete for submission to insurers
  • Follow up on outstanding claim matters to facilitate prompt settlement by insurers
  • Ensure settlement amount is correct based on benefits entitled under policy terms
