Seabanc Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd (198104816C) is a private limited company registered under the laws of Singapore. “Seabanc”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” shall mean Seabanc Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd.

Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (no. 26 of 2012) ("PDPA")
The PDPA is now in force. The PDPA establishes the legislation governing the collection, use, disclosure and safe-keeping of personal data. By virtue of this Act, we are required to put in place personal data protection policies and practices.

Accordingly, we highlight the purposes for which we, as insurance brokers, need to collect, use and disclose personal data. We assure our clients we value the privacy of the personal data provided to us and we will use all reasonable efforts to keep this confidential.

We respect and are fully committed to complying with the provisions of the PDPA. In order for us to perform the services required of us, clients' data or the relevant data of clients' staff furnished to us will have to be disclosed to relevant insurance companies primarily for the purpose of securing the insurance coverages requested of us and to assist clients in carrying out the requisite services as insurance brokers.
